For those of you who are interested, our speaker, Catherine McAteer (local employment lawyer), will be sharing her employment termination slides with us and is willing to present a ‘Part 2’ discussion to cover the Maternity Leave & Child Care Accommodation cases she referred to.

Biography: Catherine McAteer
Catherine is a lawyer, photographer and mom. She has practiced employment and immigration law at a large law firm, a small law firm and as in house counsel for an oilfield services company. Prior to law school, she earned a degree in geological engineering and trained as a drilling fluids engineer with a large oilfield services company in Columbia and Venezuela. Catherine’s current focus is providing efficient and practical employment and immigration advice to employees and employers and is frequently called upon in career transition situations.
